The fastest way in my opinion is gambling but with a higher risk  to win or loose . The difference is old is inherited while new is money that is made. For ex. you find gold in your property and being to mine and prosper.

I seem to agree on his view on women but on the whorish type. Not all women are whores or the way that he portrays all women, but i agree  with some of the views that he expresses and admire that he is willing to come out and say things of that nature.
